Since discovering the habit-building app Fabulous and the CBT apps Clearful and Clarity in 2022, I've cultivated an important habit of celebrating my accomplishments, big or small. It goes with my end of day gratitude routine. This practice is especially rewarding when I achieve a goal. These apps have been instrumental in motivating me, providing science-backed guidance, and enhancing my ability to set clear goals, visualize my future, and structure my daily life. As a result, I've gained a clearer focus on both my personal and artistic dreams and aspirations.

The structured routines facilitated by these apps have significantly benefited me. I celebrate every step forward, even setbacks, as opportunities for growth. I find ways to celebrate my growth in small, personal ways. With unwavering determination and the support of loved ones, I consistently find a way to move forward. Each challenge strengthens my resilience, teaching me valuable lessons and empowering me to overcome obstacles. After a particularly hard day, or if I'm in a depressive episode, I still find myself going to bed hopeful for a better tomorrow, a testament to my enduring and resilient spirit.

These apps have helped me reclaim some control over my life, and I continue to learn and grow as I use them. They are encouraging and motivating, and they've really helped me make significant progress in my personal and professional life. The Fabulous app is especially motivating, with its 3 times a day coaching audio files and readings to keep me focused on the task and that are a part of my morning, afternoon and evening routines, and working in my CBT apps are a part of those routines. They click with my brain and how it works, in a good way. Each of the apps, Fabulous, Clearful, and Clarity, approaches guided exercises differently, and each one complements the others in the way that I use them. I've developed a solid 30-minute morning routine with them that helps me start my day on a positive note, assists me to create my to-do list for the day, and plans and schedules the day's tasks and commitments, including self care. These apps, along with my support system and self care, are kind of the glue that holds me together.

The reward system has worked well for me, and so has working with my quirks and utilizing them in ways that benefit me. Especially my OCD. I say I use my OCD for good, not evil, and I take full advantage of its need for structure and order. My favourite rewards usually are to roll a joint, light an incense, get a snack, and just sit with the moment, soaking in the quiet and peace my brain still craves. For bigger accomplishments, I pick bigger rewards. Usually something I can utilize creatively, and that has the potential to make something I can sell. The rewards give me a little extra incentive for a job well done.

In future posts, I'll delve deeper into these apps with dedicated reviews, tutorials, and personal insights. I'll share my honest opinions, including likes, dislikes, and cost considerations. These apps are essential tools in my daily life, and I believe they've contributed significantly to my overall progress.
