Sunday's Quotes To Inspire Your Week
Now that my pain flare seems to be settling down, I’ve been able to resume doing what I love. This last week I’ve been working really hard on getting back to my routines. With my pain flare I got off track, and I could really feel it impacting me, so it was really important to me to get back into them. They are good for me. I can thrive (in my own way) with my routines. I have a better mindset, am more organized, and there is a smooth flow to my day. I take comfort in knowing what comes next. I use my Amazon Alexa to prompt me with reminders at certain times of the day, so that I don’t forget or lose track of time, which happens frequently. Why I’m so particular about doing my routines is each part of them is important to my wellbeing and the tasks and activities were carefully chosen because of the positive impact they have on me. I work in my habit, journaling and CBT apps. I do an exercise video or Mindful Cooldown in Apple Fitness+. I meditate. I create my to do list, and I choose the top 3 and schedule those tasks spread out throughout my morning. I have a morning routine, an afternoon routine and of course a bedtime routine. There is nothing big or ceremonial about them, they are simply small tasks, activities and things that I benefit from, and that help me in running a household.
So this week, your Sunday Quotes To Inspire Your Week, are on getting through the hard times in life and persevering through periods of struggle.
