When I started this blog, it was a leap of faith. After living with chronic pain since 2008 – a journey that has been anything but easy – I felt a deep calling to share the strategies, the support, and the education that have helped me navigate this challenging landscape. It hasn't been a smooth path, and there have been countless days where simply getting through felt like a monumental achievement. But through it all, I've learned so much about resilience, self-care, and the power of community.

Reaching 10,000 page views tells me that this message is resonating. It means that the information and support I’m building here are reaching those who need it most, and that fills my heart with so much hope. Knowing that my experiences and the tools I've gathered are helping others feel less alone and more empowered on their own pain journeys is the greatest reward.

For many years before chronic pain became my constant companion, I was deeply immersed in the world of art. Creativity was my sanctuary, a way to express the beauty and complexity of the world around me. While chronic pain has shifted how I create, the artistic spirit still burns bright within me.
